The uniform list and the centralised delivery of family trees. Myths and a reality.


We longly speak about necessity of conducting the uniform list and the centralised delivery of family trees, so longly we argue on that how much it expediently and who personally will be engaged in it. And meanwhile the quantity of unfair clubs and nurseries grows so promptly, as well as number of fictitious family trees. Certainly, all of us we perceive what to frame the uniform list in Russia now, alas, it is impossible, however to conduct it and to organise uniform in the frame delivery of parentage and title certificates in a status each association or affiliation of clubs. Let them will be ten, twenty, thirty, well or even 100, but nevertheless it is better than 1000. So in due course we will manage to guide though any order in the world of chaotic delivery of parentage documents, and felinologic assemblage will get used to uniform style of forms.

Now there is a situation, that documents are written "who in what is ready". Here, for example, recently there was a set of family trees there is nobody club "Lynx" which in a cap of the family trees has specified in the accessory to the Russian Felinologic Federation RFF, meanwhile it never had any attitude to this organisation. Most likely, the management of newly made club has chosen one of well-known felinologic the organisations, not having uniform forms of family trees and system of their centralised veneering and for giving of larger weight to the documents has decided to attribute to itself membership in RFF. And after all be at RFF in due time the centralised delivery of parentage documents - such situation would not appear. Considering, that at РФФ more than 40 organisations-members all would be fast enough have got used to the uniform form and would know, as well as where it is possible to check any given away RFF the document.

For whom a secret, that success The Cat Fanciers Association, Inc. (CFA) in many respects depends on conducting the uniform list and the centralised delivery of all documents through central office CFA. For this reason this organisation can safely speak about pure-blooded delution of cats. And for this reason, framing the new international organisation - World Felinological Federation (WFF) we have first of all declared conducting the uniform list and the centralised veneering of all documents (parentage, title certificates and certificates on registration of nurseries) since first days of the introduction of the organisation or nursery in WFF. Yes we have faced that some clubs at a stage of a filing of application on the introduction in WFF and learning that now all documents should be made out on-line through the central office WFF located in Moscow, refused the introduction, however, as it was then found out in the majority there were organisations which was what to mask. They supposed cross British short-woolled with Persian or exotic short-woolled breeds, made out the breed certificate on those breeds, the class of beginners for which is occluded (Persian, Scottish lop-eared, birman, etc.), specified to parents in family trees those titles which they would like, instead of those which were at them in a reality, changed breeds and colors animals depending on that needed to be received what kittens. But there were also organisations which simply were afraid of difficulties with transfer of documents. In a consequence many of them have variated the views, after all in the modern world, using a fax and e-mail it is possible to pass operatively the information in office WFF, and within 14 days to receive documents by mail or through express delivery.

Today we can safely tell, that not looking at youth WFF we already have strong database and our documents become more and more recognised.
